Always. You're covered with a towel throughout, and you're completely in control of the pressure, just tell us what feels right. Your comfort always comes first, and we'll never comment on your body.
Yes. Our therapist is fully qualified in pregnancy massage, and every treatment is gentle and tailored to support your body. If you have any medical concerns, we'd always recommend a quick word with your midwife or GP first.
